Toledo, Ohio . We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee and lead a team of up to 15 employees in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is responsible for managing employee scheduling, inventory control, training, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail floor. The successful candidate will manage a retail volume of $1.5 million, driving performance and maintaining high standards of customer service. What You'll Do

Have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product. Achieve company and financial targets and goals, including oversight of food costs and labor costs. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop 20 frontline (hourly) staff members and 5 supervisors. Ensure Sodexo/Panera standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs. What We Offer

A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, previous supervisory experience, and the ability to work collaboratively. Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance. The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service. The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and proficiency in computer skills and report management experience (not applicable to external candidates). Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience: 3 years. Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years.
