Network Engineer - Operations Technology

The Network Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network solutions that ensure the security and efficiency of our energy storage and hybrid renewable projects. This role will require a strong technical background and experience with networking in an Operations Technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor Operations Technology networks for security threats and vulnerabilities, assisting in incident responses; Develop policies and procedures to maintain NERC CIP compliance; Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal and external parties; Conduct security risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments on OT Networks; Support connections between IT and OT infrastructure to allow for data transfer and remote access; Conduct regular firmware updates to address known vulnerabilities; Create a standard network design for future projects to enable scalability and conformity between sites; Other duties as required or assigned. Key Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant work experience in Networking or related fields; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), or related field; Experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, or any NGFW; Strong knowledge of routing protocols, VLAN Configuration, and VPN Tunnels; Familiarity with industrial networking standards (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience with NERC CIP regulated environments.
Compensation and Location:
Salary:A base salary commensurate with experience;
Bonus:An annual bonus will be awarded based on individual performance and the overall success of the business;

Location: Remote (USA). The ability to work in the United States is a requirement;
