part-time Licensed Program Therapist with LGBTQ+ Experience

focused on helping youth stabilize behaviors and thrive in a community-based placement.

Summary of Essential Duties:

To advance ethical practice and professionalism while supporting protection emotional stability and healthy childhood development through treatment.

Provide Clinical treatment, psychoeducation, support and guidance to the youth, families and staff at Hope Homes Lead the In-House Multidisciplinary Treatment Team Work in tandem with the youth, family/ guardian as well as all other members of the MDT providing non-clinical input in the development of individual services plans, treatment plans and joint care reviews Facilitates In-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds and Case Managers Participate in treatment conferences, individual educational plan, child family team, emergency review meeting etc. Actively Participants in, in-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds and Case Managers Assessment and Diagnosis Manage and Direct Clinical Crisis -ALERT STAUS -Safety Planning Provide sound clinical treatment to youth and families Complete all clinical documentation - treatment plans ISP, JCR and SN Maintain the clinical record Maintain Quality Service-Quality, Compliance and Training, COA Comply with all Medicaid, licensing and insurance regulations Act as a liaison for Youth and their families Remains in consistent contact with all members of the youths MDT (internal/inhouse and external) Provide psychoeducation, support and guidance to all members of the youth's treatment team Provide clinical support to Case Managers Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, Doctoral level psychologist, or related mental health discipline Current NJ State licensure to practice; social work in the State of New Jersey as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW); as a licensed or certified Advanced Practice Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (APN); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or a licensed psychologist Experience required at least 2 years of full-time clinical work experience; prior supervisory experience preferred Training and other requirements

One to three years work experience in psychotherapy Maintain yearly core competency training and credentialing and privileging Able to Meet performance goal(s) established for the fiscal year and goals outlined and defined in clinical supervision Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Experience working as a Therapist in outpatient IIC and or Residential Setting Experience in working closely with a clinical team/ MDT Experience with LGBTQ+ community providing culturally competent and affirming mental health services to youth that present with a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and discrimination. 63,500 to 67,500 Entry level LSW LAC MFT dependent upon experience for exempt level full-time

67,500 to 75,000 Experienced and highest license LCSW LPC LMFT in New Jersey, the

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) ,

LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) , and

LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

are considered the highest levels of clinical licensure for their respective fields. These licenses allow professionals to independently provide clinical mental health services, including diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, without supervision.

LCSW : Focuses on social work and psychotherapy, often working in therapy, case management, or advocacy. LPC : Specializes in providing mental health counseling across various settings. LMFT : Specializes in relationship dynamics, particularly in family and marriage therapy.

All three licenses require advanced education, supervised clinical experience, and passing licensure exams.
