What You’ll Do: Strategic Growth: Partner with the CEO to design and execute the business's strategic direction, expanding offerings and growing revenue streams aligned with our vision and mission. Operational Management: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our core values. Program Innovation: Strengthen and scale existing programs while introducing innovative technologies and services to meet market demands. Leadership Development: Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to support sustainable growth. What We’re Looking For: 15+ years of professional experience in operations, with 8+ years in a senior operations role. Experience in lending, financial services, or FinTech, preferably in a scaleup environment. Familiarity with “experience businesses” where clients choose to work with you because of the seamless experience you offer. Experience with exit/acquisition processes. MBA from a top school preferred. Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams, with a focus on transparency and accountability. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. High emotional intelligence and commitment to ethical practices. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business challenges.
