Title : Salesforce Solution Architect
Location:
Hybrid within the Mid-Atlantic Region
Description: The Salesforce Solution Architect will design, build, and implement scalable, secure, and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role requires expertise in translating business requirements into innovative solutions while ensuring technical excellence, managing development processes, and driving user adoption.
Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions without introducing technical debt. Analyze business requirements, propose optimal solutions, and articulate trade-offs involved in decision-making. Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs) to validate solution designs. Define and enforce coding standards and best practices while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Act as a product owner, managing the Salesforce platform lifecycle from strategy and roadmap development to implementation and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Client Services, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, to drive product excellence and user experience. Oversee Agile development processes, utilizing Jira to track progress and provide feedback to the development team. Monitor and achieve KPIs for Salesforce products and solutions while driving continuous improvements.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, coding standards, and best practices. Experience leading product development, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a focus on long-term strategic thinking.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay range: $140k-$150k/year
