Job Description
Playing an essential role in IT technology transformation, the Enterprise R&D Architect will be based out in the US and will be responsible for overseeing Semiconductor R&D cloud architecture. This includes the ongoing development of cloud adoption technology strategy, optimization and operationalization of Tapeout and IP Design cloud services across IT business units and providing required architecture assistance to the various IT and Business Domains. The position requires and strong architectural knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, cloud security, microservices, EDA and HPC.

Skills and Requirements
Education: A bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, information systems or a related study.
Required - EDA/Semiconductor transformation in the cloud
Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with a focus on native cloud service transformation and microservice architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
Experience with EDA tool and semiconductor/IP design on cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Experience with serverless architectures and functions-as-a-service (FaaS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing null
