Job Summary

Client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Sr.QAA) to join its Client Eligibility Team. This role will support the modernization of the eligibility and enrollment systems under the One Health initiative, including rehosting the legacy Client mainframe system to the AWS cloud. The Sr.QAA will assist in designing and developing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and ensuring software compliance throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct a thorough analysis to understand business requirements documentation residing on Mainframe and Web enterprise systems.

•Participate in JAD sessions and technical walkthroughs, contributing to sorting out details as needed.

•Conduct GAP analysis to identify deficiencies or shortcomings in functional and business rules requirements and testing approaches.

•Design functional and regression test cases to support frequent and rapid changes.

•Execute defined test cases in compliance with Client standards to ensure confidence in functional releases.

•Identify and report deficiencies or defects, adhering to escalation processes to ensure accountability and issue resolutions.

•Participate in defect triage meetings and stand-up calls with the business, providing updated information on defects and root cause analysis.

•Develop clear and concise test documents (test plan, test case results, test case summary) after each release.

•Attend required project or management meetings and provide support on ad-hoc requests as needed.

•Deliver high-quality projects on time according to project schedules, including budgetary and time constraints.

•Comply with Client's Procedures under SQA's IT Standard Operating Practices and Procedures, using tools such as Client Mainframe, MassForge, Jira, and SharePoint.

•Deliver clear and concise communications via emails and MS Teams (chats/meetings).

Required Qualifications

•Broad knowledge of testing approaches and techniques for certifying software acceptance.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services.

•Highly analytical skills with the ability to independently analyze test results and make decisions and recommendations.

•Experience reviewing the work of business analysts and subject matter experts to ensure well-defined requirements contribute to functional use cases.

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services.

•Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project.

•Experience working with JIRA or similar management tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in testing cloud-based systems, particularly within AWS.

•Experience working with legacy mainframe systems.

•Strong understanding of the healthcare or Medicaid eligibility and enrollment processes.
