We are seeking an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst for Banking for a Japanese Bank Client : Japanese Bank Location: Must be able to work at the LA office (Hybrid: 2 or 3 days/week) Hourly : $45-50(DOE) Responsibilities: Support various IT and business projects under Japanese expatriates, including

budget management, progress tracking, risk management, and project reporting . Assist PMO activities by overseeing multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication across different teams and locations. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and monitor deliverables. Provide project visibility by creating

dashboards, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

for management. Manage documentation and deliverables in Japanese and English, including meeting minutes, presentations, and reports. Facilitate issue resolution, track risks, and escalate challenges as needed to ensure project timelines are met. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, PMO, or Business Analyst in a Japanese mega-bank or similar environment in the U.S. Experience with personal loan or deposit product development projects is preferred, but experience in risk or FX-related projects is also acceptable. Strong understanding of general IT project management practices, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, project governance, and change management processes. Familiarity with IT project methodologies and workflows used in Japanese banks is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs. Japanese Language:
