POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Enterprise Project Manager position will be part of the Strategy and Projects team within the Strategy & Operations division of EnFin organization. This role develops and participates in various due diligence, controllership and efficiency initiatives, and may involve technology enhancement, process improvement, and other special catch-up efforts. Work closely with teams and management to ensure the scope specific project direction is aligned with mission and goals. Manage projects day-to-day to help the organization become faster decision-making, efficient collaboration, and ensuring compliance. These projects may support multiple stakeholders within the organization including Credit Risk, Counter Party Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
The role will manage one or more specific projects within the authority; own the planning, review, deliverables, and closure. Perform highly responsible, complex, and varied professional administrative and analytical work in the development, implementation, and administration of the projects. Document all aspects including desk procedures, policies, and processes. Work cross-functionally and communicate with all project stakeholders. Create presentations and reports to communicate project status. Become a specialist on project execution; conduct in-depth research and identify action items necessary to achieve the intended business goals; coordinate internal resources and 3rd party vendors on all action items; act as control point to administer project process, holding teams accountable on execution. This position will be based out of the Irvine, CA office, with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote options are available for exceptional cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate effectively with Enfin and Qcells members and management in the development and execution of strategy projects.
Plays critical role in driving company culture change efforts and change management processes
Research and apply critical thinking to sound process flows, effective decision approvals, and accountable operational executions. Look for opportunities in operational synergies to scale business processes.
Interview subject matter experts, document process details, and identify bottleneck and pain points from current process; develop operational flow, root cause analysis and other tools to formulate solutions.
Develop final project proposal, drive reviews with management team and key stakeholders to gain alignment.
Support risk management projects such as managing delinquencies arising from consumer or counter party risk.
Drive new initiatives in systemic reporting, streamline account management process, and enhance vendor performance.
Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party vendors on all action items; act as control point to administer project process, holding teams accountable on execution.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize, and execute tasks to balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensuring quality.
Conduct post project review and ongoing assessment to ensure all intended goals are achieved, document any future enhancement requirements.
Oversee ad hoc short-term projects that are often data-intensive and require tight deadlines.
Maintain operational record-keeping and weekly meeting deliverables.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations or related field with a minimum of 8+ years of related work experience as well as with a minimum of 3+ years work experience in financial services or in a related area. Demonstrate tangible work experience in operations controllership, research and analytics, and remediation role to resolve business issues. Demonstrate priority-driven skills, process mapping, problem solving and excellent written and oral communications Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, supporting team members, and executing and driving deliverable timelines Intellectual curiosity and strong creative problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment Mission-focused team player Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
