Main Banker
This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of main bank transactions and office activity, while conducting transactions with cashier office personnel and other departments. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Dual Rate Supervisor
This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and secure operation of the cashier cage; coordinates and maintains policies and procedures which maximize the cashing of negotiable instruments and intra-departmental transactions on an assigned shift. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities
Main Banker Maintains security and accountability over all assigned operating funds. Verifies all funds received and disbursed to other departments and line cashiers. Processes fills and credits from games and slots. Ensures accurate records and documenting of all transactions affecting the cashier office accountability on an assigned shift. Prepares daily bank deposits. Performs all duties in a confidential manner. Disburses and receives all departmental revenues and keys. Dual Rate Supervisor
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure employees receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established department objectives. Monitor and coordinate activities of cage personnel such as chip exchange on assigned shift to maintain integrity of cage funds. Work with high limit customers to ensure they are provided with prompt, courteous and friendly service. Review relevant gaming regulations daily to ensure that the cage is in compliance with all gaming regulations as well as company policies and procedures. Responsible for scheduling of Cage Clerk personnel. Function as a Cage Clerk during shift. Perform credit functions in the absence of the credit department. Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively at all times with all levels of employees. Ability to effectively and efficiently move around the main bank, employee bank and coin vault. Ability to use computer keyboard, 10-key, calculator, etc. Ability to accurately identify and cash different denominations of gaming tokens and cash currency. Must be able to retrieve and move coin bags and racks of chips, which may weigh as much as 50 pounds, throughout 8-hour shift. Knowledge of cashiering or banking operations. Maintain confidentiality. Push/pull a full slot bill validator drop cart with assistance. Work as a team. Effective communication skills Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours Team Player with a guest first attitude Minimum age of 21 years old Dual Rate Supervisor
