Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant

We seek a bilingual (Spanish and English) Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to be part of our team! You will focus on providing high-quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses

Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments

Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients

Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.

Coordinate patient care and follow-up.

Maintain and update patient records accurately.

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and their families.

Stay current with the latest medical research and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
