The Senior Manager-Quality Data Analytics is a key member of the Sleep & Respiratory care (S&RC) Patient Safety and Quality organization, responsible for managing a team supporting key Post Market Surveillance initiatives, ensuring continuity and timely execution of complaint data related activities.
Your role:
You will lead critical projects supporting key Post Market Surveillance initiatives, such as complaint adverse event trending, complaint backlog reduction, ad-hoc data/reporting requests, etc.
You will ensure data integrity of all output via appropriate Verification & Validation activities, as well as the continuity/timely execution of complaint data related activities by supporting data requests from stakeholders and providing timely/accurate data extracts, trending analysis, ensuring trends or signals, including any associated investigations are included in the Quality System.
Responsible for leading overall complaint data support for Audits, Regulatory inquiries/Reports, New Product Introductions (NPIs), Provides/Presents Data for Quality forums, KPI’s and maintenance of complaint related Master Data.

You’ve acquired a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Business/Data Analytics, with a focus on Quality/Post Market related data in FDA regulated medical device environments highly preferred. Experience leading critical projects and mentoring data/business analytics team members.
You have proven expertise in data mining/extraction, analysis, cleansing and the ability to explain statistical rationale, findings to Internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
You have extensive experience in statistical‐based trending methods, trending analysis, the ability to document and explain statistical‐based trending procedures and trending analysis validation incompliance with regulatory requirements.
You have proven experience analyzing critical data and creating/delivering Ad Hoc reports utilizing data tools such as- Power BI, Qlikview, Alteryx, Oracle, Databricks, SAP, TrackWise.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in New Kensington, PA is $104,000 to $178,000.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $116,000 to $200,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
