YOUR MISSION

Assist in the development of the North America marketing strategy for Sportstyle, Basketball, and Motorsport business categories, collaborating with sales, DTC, and merchandising teams. Participate in strategic planning sessions with cross-functional marketing team members to support the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans. Support marketing initiatives that enhance the impact of brand partners, ambassadors, athletes, sponsorships, and events. Assist in guiding and mentoring junior marketers responsible for implementing marketing efforts. Utilize data, market insights, and marketing tools to contribute to the development and execution of impactful and consumer-relevant strategic marketing recommendations. Ensure alignment between global and regional visions by collaborating closely with global business units. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking spends according to business priorities. Support sales, merchandising, and marketing leaders on various aspects of the Go-To-Market Process. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop integrated omni-channel marketing plans. YOUR TALENT

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in brand, product, or retail marketing, with a focus on sportswear, sneakers, or lifestyle brands. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management experience, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive strategies within the sneaker and apparel industry. Experience in team development and mentoring. Ability to integrate product storytelling into marketing campaigns. Understanding of leveraging athlete endorsements and partnerships to reinforce brand equity. Experience in developing and maintaining distinct market positioning for specific categories (e.g., basketball, motorsport). Ability to work across departments to ensure alignment on brand initiatives. Experience in managing marketing budgets.
