We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our dynamic IT department at Vibrantz. In this exciting role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our team in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving user-reported technical issues (hardware and software). Learn and gain experience with IT support tools and procedures. Participate in the configuration and deployment of new hardware and software (under supervision). Conduct research and assist with the implementation of new technologies. Assist with maintaining and updating IT documentation. Observe and learn IT best practices from experienced professionals. Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or related program. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for learning and a willingness to take initiative. Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What you'll learn:
