This role involves leveraging advanced data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to create accurate, efficient, and scalable valuation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in real estate or financial services, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

What you will do AVM Development:

Design and implement robust AVMs using machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and domain-specific heuristics. Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency for valuation purposes. Source, clean, and preprocess diverse datasets, including structured and unstructured data, to ensure high-quality inputs for AVMs. Analyze data trends, correlations, and anomalies to support valuation insights. Apply domain knowledge to identify product roadmap, growth, engagement, and retention opportunities; quantify impact; and inform prioritization Measure/Quantify/Expand

Conduct rigorous validation, back-testing, and performance evaluations to ensure model reliability and compliance with industry standards. Implement model governance protocols to track accuracy and update models as needed. Stay current with advancements in machine learning, data science, and real estate valuation methodologies. Experiment with emerging techniques to enhance AVM performance and introduce innovative features. Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions or improving performance. Analyze historical data to identify trends and support decision making. Improve upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters.
