Remedial technologies may include dredging, capping, in-situ treatment, bioremediation, or containment strategies. Ensure designs are compliant with CERCLA and other relevant regulations. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:

Prepare and review reports, regulatory submissions, and technical documentation required under CERCLA and other state/federal environmental regulations. Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction. Sediment Remediation Technology Innovation:

Stay at the forefront of emerging remediation technologies, tools, and techniques. Provide thought leadership and innovation in sediment remediation, evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve effectiveness, reduce costs, or speed up project timelines. Mentorship & Team Development:

Mentor junior engineers, environmental scientists, and project teams, providing guidance on technical issues, project management, and professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team. Post-Remediation Monitoring & Reporting:
