Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Support with medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Help clients maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the care team
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Previous caregiving or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Must have reliable transportation
