Digital Marketing Director Description:

Were looking to add a core member to our leadership team. With significant growth over the last two years, we are scaling faster than ever. We are in no shortage of opportunities but require the expertise of a digital marketing professional to help prioritize and execute on the right initiatives that leverage and optimize Reparels brand strengths. This role would report directly to the CEO/Founder and be supported by Operations and our Marketing Coordinator.

Expertise is important as this person will be tasked with not only outlining the strategic direction but managing the execution. However, wed take the right kind of person over the most experienced any day. We have a tight knit culture where everyone believes in the mission and knows how their role supports the overall company growth goals. The right person will be highly organized and bring structure to the execution of the various marketing strategies/tactics. They will be creative in their approach but scientific in their analysis to determine success and where further investment should be explored.

This role would be given lots of autonomy and company wide support to help us achieve new heights. Ideally, we would like to have someone in office but expanding to get talent where regular visits can be possible.

IE. A few hours of driving or short flight.

Overall, we need a marketing badass, growth minded team-player.

Summary of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our B2B and D2C digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement through social media, email marketing, and other channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and strategic mindset, leveraging the companys existing success to develop creative campaigns that support sales efforts. Experience with CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, is highly preferred, as this role requires a hands-on approach to implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans tailored to B2B and D2C audiences, driving both lead generation and direct-to-consumer engagement.

Manage and optimize social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance community engagement.

Leverage company successes to create innovative and compelling marketing content, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories.

Collaborate with sales teams to design and implement lead-nurturing campaigns, aligning digital strategies with sales objectives.

Utilize HubSpot to manage CRM workflows, marketing automation, and performance tracking to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and inform future strategies.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and oversee SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic and paid visibility.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

Design and oversee the execution of creative campaigns that highlight product and service offerings, maximizing engagement and conversions.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding across all channels.

Proven experience in digital marketing for B2B and D2C audiences.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, including implementation, automation, and analytics.

Strong technical skills combined with strategic planning expertise to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Proficiency in social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and content creation.

Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to balance creativity and technical know-how to deliver innovative and measurable marketing solutions.

Strong organization and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
