Corporate:
- Prepare, standardize and contribute to financial reporting, including weekly and monthly updates for senior leadership.
- Play a key role in planning and developing the annual corporate budget.
- Monitor and analyze corporate expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide guidance to corporate departments in managing budgets and aligning with broader financial objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to generate insights on market trends, public customer performance, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and standardize financial reports and analyses for division operations, focusing on performance metrics and trends.
- Conduct raw material cost analyses and provide updates to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial support and expertise.
- Assist with ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to address evolving business needs.
- Use data to uncover opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong data analytics capabilities, with experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Prophix or equivalent;
- Programming skills, such as familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5+ year of business finance / analytics professional experience
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- High level of integrity, initiative and a proactive approach to work
