Executive Assistant

LHH is looking for an Interim Executive Assistant for our client, an investment firm here in NYC. This person will be covering a medical leave and will be supporting the CFO and Executive Suite with calendar, travel, expenses and ad-hoc project based work. This is a 100% on-site, in person position and this person should be comfortable working from 9am - 6pm. This position will pay between $45-55/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex, ever changing calendar
  • Providing meeting and presentation documents; assist with editing on occasion
  • Book domestic and international travel with and without 3rd party support
  • Screen phone calls and walk ins
  • Coordinate with vendors for catering, invoices and billing
Experience:
  • At least 3 years supporting a C-level Executive
  • Previous experience working within professional services preferred
Skills:
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Concur and QuickBooks
  • Salesforce experience is a big PLUS
  • Ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly
