We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Brand Strategy and Operations to lead brand initiatives and operational strategies for a fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) company in the health wearable sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand development, operational excellence, and strategic growth in a cutting-edge industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative brand strategies that align with company objectives and resonate with target consumers.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify trends, optimize positioning, and drive competitive advantage.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand campaigns and operational initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and success.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure campaign success and operational efficiency, leveraging data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, operations, or related roles, ideally within the CPG or health technology industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the wearable technology market.
