Role: Business Architect - Amazon Connect Location: Remote Experience: 17 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 and $180,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Expected to monitor and measure relevant performance metrics for a Amazon Contact Center environment to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. Some of the tasks for the position is detailed below- Deep knowledge of working in Contact Center Build environment to work in an Agile environment with various stakeholders, Business, Dev, Scrum Master, QA, Project Managers etc. devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops, and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
