Job description
Our client, a reverse logistics distribution company in Plano, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff/Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in GL and AP accounting, reporting, GAAP.
Previous experience with NetSuite is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Ledger and take a leading role in monthly closing.
-Manage Inventory accounting including cost of sales matching, receiving to general ledger and reconciliation to subledger.
-Manage Accounts Payable and support with daily cash management and bank transactions.
- Assist in financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation
-Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Utilize NetSuite financial software for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Proficiency in NetSuite
