Learn more about careers with Bon Apptit: SummaryWe're looking for a Sous Chef to join our awesome team with Bon Appetit at Google The Sous Chef is responsible for shaping the culinary landscape of the cafe, overseeing all aspects of food quality, innovation, and the efficiency of service. This culinary leadership position requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques, a passion for creating exceptional dishes, and a strong ability to mentor and inspire a team. On a daily basis, you will oversee a wide range of administrative and operational tasks such as monitoring food costs, labor costs, and overall budget adherence. In addition to these daily responsibilities, the Sous Chef works closely with the Chef de Cuisine to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization driving operational excellence, enhancing the overall user experience, and ensuring the long-term success of the culinary operation.
