Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high standards of quality Develop a Cadillac-Mexican inspired menu that combines traditional Mexican dishes with modern techniques and premium ingredients Manage food purchasing, inventory control, and cost management to ensure profitability Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests Innovate and refresh seasonal menus while maintaining the restaurant's signature style Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all dishes Implement efficient kitchen operations to optimize workflow and productivity Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in Mexican or Latin cuisine Strong knowledge of authentic Mexican flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team Expertise in menu creation, food cost management, and inventory control Passion for culinary innovation and creativity Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Formal culinary training or equivalent experience Benefits:
