Compensation & Benefits: Salary:
$17.00-$22.00/hr based on experience Shift Differentials: Weekday Evenings: $1.50 Weekend Evenings: $2.00 On-Demand Pay

Evening 8-Hour Shift Key Responsibilities:
Provide
daily direct care
to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, and ambulating. Create a
home-like environment , offering emotional support and working closely with residents' families. Monitor and report
changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Assist with medical procedures , record resident care, and respond to emergencies. Ensure
resident safety
by following infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment. Collaborate
with nursing staff to implement care plans and assess resident needs. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs. Qualifications:
Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification Proven experience as a GNA, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of patient care and best nursing practices. Empathetic and compassionate, with a dedication to resident well-being. Excellent communication and time management skills.
