Production Supervisor Job at Aegis Worldwide in Anderson

We have partnered with a large manufacturing firm that is seeking a Production Supervisor to become a part of the team! You will manage a team of manufacturing associates to ensure that all production KPI's are being obtained as well as manage the training and development of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Place production orders from customers
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
