Business Development Representative

We are working with a growing IT Services/Consulting firm who is looking to add headcount to a growing team. As a business development representative (BDR), you will be responsible for supporting overall demand generation activities. This includes building and executing outbound marketing campaigns, developing targeted lists, monitoring lead traffic, qualifying leads, analyzing data, performing research, and presenting insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing leadership team.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Work with the Demand Generation team to develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new clients and expand current clients
- Collaborate with marketing and sales in the timely processing of inbound leads
- Track prospects, identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, specific qualifications, consistently manage data using Outreach, Pardot, and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Meet monthly marketing qualified leads and quotas
- Work with content team to create demand generation materials associated with campaign strategy
- Cultivate relationships and follow through on initiatives in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
About You
1-3 years of working with in sales in a support role
Bachelors degree
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks/assignments/projects
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Outreach, and Salesforce/Pardot desired
