We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator/Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of electrical projects. Salary Range: $121,000 - $132,000 Type: Full-Time Employee Benefits: Some knowledge and experience of Airport construction (desired). Ability to report to several managers. Available to work a modified schedule and overtime, as construction activities require. Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly. Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports. Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and contractors. Flexibility to adjust to new tasks as company or office needs change. Capable of working with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Pro-core, Prolog, VEO, and other necessary programs. Review of monthly progress payments. Assist in training in-house employees and outside company staff with our Inspection process and protocols. Excellent skills in document contract, documentation, and monitoring inspection requests submitted by tenants/contractors. Ability to create and manage inspection spreadsheets for several programs. Ability to review employee timesheets for accuracy. Experience with office machines (e.g. copiers, fax machines, printers). Ability to order and pick-up office supplies. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field. Master's degree preferred. Professional Licenses & Certification: Licensed Engineer (preferably by CA Board of Engineers) is preferred; Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, etc. Minimum Years and Experience: 15 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects, with demonstrable specialized experience.
