**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee our merchandising pricing operations team, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our price book. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of pricing coordinators, fostering collaboration and accountability. Your critical tasks will include maintaining an up-to-date price book and implementing best practices for pricing promotions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of PDI Enterprise back office systems.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

+ 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

+ In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

+ Four (4) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

+ No Licensure or Certification Required.

+ Lead team that ensures price changes and pricebook entry is completed accurately and in advance of changes taking place at store level.

+ Manage and prioritize team workload.

+ Work closely with Category Management, Operations, and Marketing Departments to add and delete items in the pricebook and ensure pricebook policies and procedures are followed.

+ Provides support to end users on a variety of price book issues.

+ Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

+ Troubleshoot and respond to user related questions.
