Company Overview:
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a multi-tasker with a passion for event planning, social media, and project management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies, managing events, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events
- Plan, attend, and execute industry events across the U.S. in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue preparation, presentation materials, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, dcor, and marketing materials.
- Oversee on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as the main point-of-contact to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on event days.
- Monitor, report, and ensure adherence to budgets for each event.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and hire event personnel as needed.
2. Social Media
- Manage the social media calendar, including content creation and design generation.
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms while tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.
3. Project Management & Marketing Support
- Assist in creating content for marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, newsletters and more.
- Provide general project management support for the sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to see projects through to execution.
- Maintain organized workflows and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organize and manage marketing assets, files, and promotional materials.
- Support additional marketing coordinator duties as assigned, contributing to overall team goals.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in event planning, social media management, and marketing coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and project management software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
