POSITION SUMMARY:

The EMIC/KCBC Development Strategist will facilitate strategic development and execution of campaigns to increase Eagle Mountain International Church membership and Kenneth Copeland Bible College enrollments. This person will work with leadership in EMIC and KCBC to identify and build forward-thinking plans to achieve set objectives, as well as define goals and KPIs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with EMIC/KCBC key leaders to develop strategic marketing campaigns that will nurture current relationships as well as create awareness to increase EMIC membership and KCBC student enrollment.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop communication plans for current EMIC members, KCBC students and alumni to support ministry objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally to increase the awareness and presence of EMIC in the community and of KCBC as a viable option for college-seeking individuals.
  • Develop and implement plans to cultivate and steward relationships with new contacts for church and college.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring all tactics have been successfully implemented.
  • Manage donor communications and stewardship of activities, including acknowledgement letters, updates, and reports.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing EMIC members/KCBC Students to foster long-term engagement and increased support.
  • Work with Communications and Web teams to strategize and oversee website development for EMIC and KCBC to support connection and growth, as well as optimize visitor connection points.
  • Collaborate with writers, graphics designers, and internal teams to create assets needed for multichannel campaigns, including copy, design, video and more.
  • Attend and participate in EMIC's Wednesday and Sunday services regularly and faithfully.
  • Responsible for overseeing continual website, social and other platforms audits for accuracy, freshness, and with an eye to overall ministry objectives as pertaining to EMIC and KCBC.
  • Collaborate with EMIC and KCBC teams on strategy for readily available and promotional content.
  • Develop presentations for EMIC and KCBC special events and more as needed, at the department or executive level.
  • Serve as part of the product team that ideates, coordinates, and executes new product and merchandise rollouts for EMIC, and KCBC brands.
  • Other duties as required and/or assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business or related field
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience developing and executing communication, marketing and development plans
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrike, PowerPoint and/or other communication/project management software
  • Ability to handle deadline pressures professionally
  • Ability to create and present professional presentations
  • Ability to articulate project direction and directives and follow ministry trends as well as market trends
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, understanding and utilize effective time management practices
  • Creative, analytical thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to think through situations and make responsible decisions
  • Ability to lead and creatively contribute to meetings
  • Must be a self-starter/assertive and extremely dependable
  • Ability to manage high volume of work and be able to switch job-to-job quickly, mentally, and physically
  • Ability to take projects and walk them through all channels to completion
  • Must be capable of working independently with little supervision on assigned projects and meet deadlines
  • High level of maturity/confidentiality required
  • Deep understanding of Adobe art projects

  • Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
  • Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties, and divisions
  • Must maintain a good attendance record
  • Membership and attendance at EMIC is required for the EMIC/KCBC Development Strategist position to be aware of the innerworkings of EMIC, and the events, services and activities that needs to be supported.
  • Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with people of all cultures
