**Job Overview**
**ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Produce cooked meat chunks of blended meats that are the proper size with a firm texture by the removing of air, creating an emulsion, cooking a thin sheet, and cutting to the desired size a batch of blended meats.
+ Accomplish room start-up procedures.
+ Fill product line to extruder. Fill Extruder until even product flow.
+ Adjust steam tunnel to target product temperature. (CP)Adjust cutter to produce target product length. (CP)
+ Record all measurement on batch sheet.
**Physical Activities** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk.
**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** Steel toed shoes, Ear Plugs, Hair Net
**Travel:** N/A
**Technical Experience:** Experienced within a manufacturing/process environment with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
**Industry Experience:** Background in manufacturing.
**Minimum Education** : High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
**Preferred Education** : N/A
