Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing directly to Leverage's growth strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in selling SaaS solutions, with priority given to candidates with experience in supply chain technology. Your proven track record in managing complex sales cycles, engaging senior-level stakeholders, and closing high-value deals will set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on mid-market industrial manufacturers and supply chain teams.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and aligning our solutions with their goals.
  • Solution Selling: Articulate the value of our platform clearly, addressing customer needs with tailored solutions and navigating complex sales discussions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in CRM tools, ensuring transparency and predictability in revenue planning.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on supply chain trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer challenges to refine your sales strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handoff and alignment on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience selling into supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement tech sectors is highly preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Skilled in managing end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts related to SaaS platforms.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience managing pipelines and reporting in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence and inspire confidence.
