Senior Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer

Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our crew. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners, including wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet redooring, cabinet refacing, and new custom cabinets. We are a growing remodeling business and have a great opportunity to join our team and work on projects in the Kitchen Tune-Up Denver CO area. Duties & Responsibilities: Work with another one of our great installers on cabinet redooring, refacing, and custom cabinet installations in customers' homes; the expectation is that this role would likely be the senior installer on the job site. Collaborate with other installers and the project manager on executing projects quickly and efficiently. Follow processes and steps in the installation process to ensure a quality and repeatable end product. Adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints on every job. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and clean up daily. Communicate daily with the project manager and customers about progress. Work quickly and efficiently. Skills: Stellar work ethic. Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate with other installers and the project manager regarding project details. Experience as the lead installer on a job site, organizing the team, and delivering projects with quality execution and on time. Ability to interact with customers professionally and in a friendly manner. Take personal pride in completing a job well done the first time. Able to drill for hinges and install cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Capable of building and installing ready-to-install cabinets, assembled cabinets, and roll-out trays and accessories. Ability to safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun. Willingness to work in Denver and surrounding communities. Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the required tasks. Additional Skills (preferred): Prior experience in cabinet refacing and custom cabinet installation. Excellent knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology from years of installing cabinets, moldings, etc., in kitchens. Prior experience in cutting and installing all moldings, including crown.
