The FESCO Group is proudly born out of and currently a thriving member of NYC's Syrian Jewish community. We actively sell manufactured products through a variety of prominent, nationally recognized brands like Epilady, Coby, ChargeWorx, Snow Joe. TruRide and Gourmia. With over 3,000 skews sold throughout the domestic US B2B marketplace, we are looking for go-getters, competitive, type-A hustlers and proven B2B sales staff who sell directly to buyers at 'big-box" national retailers... like Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, and T.J.Maxx.

We are looking for a hunter... a smart, relationship builder who is not afraid of cold-calling, travelling and relentlessly pursuing new business with top retailers in the US. We are adding to our team and will make multiple hires. There are no supervisory responsibilities... no reps... no consultants... no accounts handed to selected candidates... just gifted salespeople who manage the business that he or she directly brings into to our company. Our B2B Sales Manager will exclusively be charged with bringing in new business. Our successful candidates will possess a can-do attitude along with an incredible track record of B2B business sales. Our team wants players who are analytical, highly personable, persuasive and a super product-savvy.
Specific Duties Include:
- Pitching: create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business, our products, brands and consumer needs.
- Proactive business development and relationship building: independently and proactively outreach to gain meetings and build rapport with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Research: independently search for new opportunities, learn about the businesses in-depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.
- Account Management of key chains: autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
- Account Growth: developing strategies and programs to grow your accounts and working with the retailer to increase store coverage and overall supply.
- Planning and forecasting: building reports to track performance and identify trends, create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.
