Job Description
Nemours is seeking a Contract Brand-Signage Coordinator to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, FL.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Signage Coordinator to manage select signage projects. This contracted position reports up to the Brand team and will work with the local facilities team at Nemours Children's Hospital, Florida.
Working closely with brand manager and assigned signage vendors, the ideal candidate will coordinate the production, installation, and maintenance of signage, ensuring that all signage meets brand and quality standards and project specifications.
Essential Functions
Requirements
Associate's Degree
Three to five years of experience
Experience working in healthcare setting coordinating planning and installation of signage.

Essential Functions
- Project Management:
- Coordinate planning, production, and installation of signage projects.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Serve as point of contact between Nemours Children's Health facilities team, signage vendor and brand team.
- Design and Specifications:
- Ensure signage designs meet brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
- Identify and engage with vendors and contractors for signage production and installation.
- Obtain and review quotes and manage vendor relationships.
- Oversee the quality and timeliness of work performed by external vendors.
- Site Assessments and Installation:
- Working with local facilities teams to determine signage placement and requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of signage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and any issues.
- Address and resolve any client or project-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintenance and Updates:
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of existing signage as needed.
- Update signage to reflect any changes in branding, messaging, or regulations.
Requirements
