Litigation Paralegal

Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for their Employment/Litigation Practice Groups in Charleston, SC. Willing to train on employment practice area since the litigation piece is most important.

Duties:

• Assist with preparation and handle all electronic filing of pleadings and discovery in federal and state court cases
• Assist with preparation of documents in administrative matters
• Analyze, review, and organize documents and data produced during discovery
• Prepare document production and responses to discovery requests and deposition summaries
• Prepare records and deposition subpoenas

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Paralegal certification and 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.

• Salary:$70,000-$80,000 based on experience
