This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing members as well as the non members. Actively engage in sales activities to generate new leads, convert prospects into members, and achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Doing research online to generate leads
- Handle inbound and outbound customer lead phone calls
- Reach the sales targets set by the sales manager
- Perform full-cycle sales role with a focus on closing sales
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads, engage with prospective members, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Set appointments and follow up with prospects via phone
- Maintain a high degree of product and service expertise
- Implementation of the different sales campaigns or initiatives of the company
- Support the wider sales team in transactional or operational tasks
- Manage the incoming prospects and help the team's acquisition through various ways of sales outreach
- Responsible for efficient follow-up, successful conversion rates and maintaining relationships
- Manage, track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members by providing personalized assistance, answering queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and membership conversions using CRM systems or other designated tools

- Complete PA Criminal Background Check
- Multiple job experiences with inside and outside sales.
- Motivated to sell while having fun. Sales associate must be professional, assertive and energetic with excellent communication ability
- Fitness and athletic background preferred.
- Friendly, welcoming, outgoing personality required
- Upbeat, positive and optimistic attitude required
- Effective verbal communication skills are a must
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment with general supervision
- Patient, courteous listener with the ability to show empathy required
- Ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of personnel within the organization internally and externally
- Highly motivated, self-starting professional
- Utilize a CRM to maintain lead prospects and ensure the clubs monthly membership and retention goals are exceeded.
- Qualified individual must have basic computer skills and an articulate and energetic personality. Training is provided as well as a complimentary membership to use the club's facilities
