Role: Salesforce Technical Lead & Sr Developer

Location: Plano, TX (Day1 Onsite)

Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:

Dev. Lead will have Sr. Developers skills Plus

  • Excellent in communication,
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and ability to work with Solution Architects and Technical Product Managers.
  • 50% will work on development and assigned user stories.
  • 50% of the time will be on
  • Code reviews, testing ,and support both onsite and offshore teams
  • 5 to 8 years of Development & Configuration expertise and strong knowledge in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Component (LWC) development, Aura
  • Expert level knowledge in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages and strong expertise on building complex LWC's, leveraging JavaScript, CSS.
Expertise in
  • Developing within a declarative application platform
  • SFDC configuration and mapping features to the business requirements,
  • Strong debugging and defect fixing experience required.
  • Solid development skills in Sales and Service Cloud
  • Minimum 4+ Years hands on in Lightning web components.
  • Experience in development of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Must have exposure to SFDC best practices & guidelines in implementing the solutions.
  • Experience in working with CD/CI DevOps various tools Copado, GitHub, BitBuket, Jenkins, RLM, SonarCube, Artifactory etc
  • Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in ALM Quality Center and JIRA tools
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II + Sales/Service Cloud.
