Location Details: This role is remote with up to 20% travel. Candidate selection for this role must have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Business Process Management certification by ABPMP or can acquire one within a month of the start date. Evans is hiring a Communications Analyst resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. You will perform high-level support functions that assist in executing project requests, support change initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in executing SAFe agile methodologies and communications related tasks. Responsibilities Preparation and tracking of minutes, briefings, and artifacts. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of internal communication materials, including but not limited to newsletters, emails, intranet articles, memos, and presentations. Program management support includes drafting executive briefings, facilitating multiple forums, capturing minutes, and action tracking. Establish and maintain healthy stakeholder relationships with strong communications and outreach support for a multi-faceted, dynamic program. Coordinate with communications and training specialists regarding change management related objectives and program related needs. Support change initiatives by facilitating communication and engagement with stakeholders for a program experiencing change. Practice SAFe agile methodologies across the project while supporting teams through change management. Provide inputs to support project and program management best practices, including process improvement recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience or Master's Degree with 7 years of experience is required. Proven experience in communications, change management, and/or program management support, preferably within the government consulting sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with stakeholder engagement and organizational change initiatives and experience providing communications support. Experience with SAFe Agile preferred but not required. Experience with PROSCI change management is a plus. PMP certification is a plus. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while remaining organized. Ability to work effectively independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Proactive about identifying challenges or opportunities and proposing unique approaches, sometimes in an ambiguous environment. Compensation Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
