Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events from conception to completion according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all aspects are within financial constraints. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the planning process. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role, with a track record of successful events. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and vendors. Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh ideas and solutions for events. Benefits:
