Experience Required We are seeking an ECM Documentum SME with 8+ years of experience to provide technical expertise and strategic oversight for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions based on Documentum. The role involves ensuring high-quality implementations and enhancements while maintaining compliance with business objectives and performance standards.
Roles & Responsibilities •Act as the technical expert for Documentum workflows, configurations, and integrations. •Lead and oversee quality assurance testing for ECM modules, processes, and data migrations. •Develop and enforce ECM quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices. •Identify and resolve complex system issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Documentum solutions. •Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Documentum functionality and performance validation. •Utilize tools like Jira for defect management and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution. •Automate testing processes and validation workflows to enhance system efficiency. •Provide mentorship and training to teams on Documentum tools, workflows, and quality standards. •Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ECM solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
Salary Range: - $80,000 to $130,000 a year
