Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Chicago, IL Shifts

: Day shift M-F

Work Location : Should be able to travel to most closely in Chicago, IL as in required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies. Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Qualifications/ Requirements: Must have current IL PA of NP license Illinois controlled substance license and DEA. Candidate must be efficient with EMR. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Should have experience in treating worker's compensation, personal injury, or motor vehicle accident cases.
