Job Description Position Summary :

GL Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in South Florida, has an excellent career opportunity for a qualified Senior Website Designer with a strong understanding and a unique blend of creativity, high-level design expertise, and technical abilities. The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and functional websites, ensuring a seamless UI/UX experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design intuitive, visually engaging, user-friendly websites and mobile-first digital marketing assets, including landing pages, display ads, and eblasts, to target the company's demographic and drive conversions. Code proficiently in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript. Maintain and update website content and other interactive products regularly. Develop mockups and interactive prototypes for review, testing, and approval. Suggest improvements to website layout and user experience for enhanced usability. Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues, such as broken links, file errors, and slow loading speeds. Enhance the design and UI of interactive products using creative software. Stay updated on new developments in digital marketing. Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance. Efficiently manage time and meet deadlines for web design and development projects. Collaborate with the marketing department to improve marketing efforts. Perform other related duties as requested by management. Experience and Skills Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design or related fields (Visual Arts, Communications, Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience as a Senior Web Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Minimum of five years of experience designing and creating websites, web ads, and email blasts. Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of front-end development and coding language, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent visual design skills. Relevant software required: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Final Cut Pro, and other digital design tools. Experience with Optimizely CMS and HubSpot CRM is a plus. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills. Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently. Must be flexible and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and changing requirements.
