Position Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Craftsperson, this position requires expertise in industrial electrical and instrumentation work, including 3-phase motors (up to 2300 volts), control components, pneumatic control devices, transmitters, control valves, and interfacing with PLC/DCS control systems. Adhere to and promote safety standards by attending training, participating in safety committee meetings, and addressing safety concerns. Consistently follow safe practices, wear required protective equipment, and complete pre-job safety checklists. Technical Expertise:
Perform routine assignments independently, following drawings, sketches, and written or oral instructions. Utilize established procedures and accepted practices to execute tasks efficiently. Documentation:
Provide all required documentation, including time confirmations and job feedback upon task completion. Versatility:
Adapt to varying crew assignments and job requirements, maintaining flexibility to work safely and efficiently within a team. Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
Education:
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling at least 5 years. Skills:
Proficiency in industrial electrical and instrumentation systems, including troubleshooting and interfacing with PLC/DCS systems. What Is Offered
