CNC MachinistJob Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production of CNC machines, including Mazak Mill-Turns and Citizen Swiss machines. The machinist will work closely with engineers and operators to ensure quality production and will inspect parts using various tools, including CMM.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines such as Mazak Mill-Turns and Citizen Swiss.
  • Maintain production and machine operations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and operators for efficient workflow.
  • Inspect machined parts for quality assurance.
  • Utilize inspection tools and CMM on machine components.
Essential Skills
  • 2-year Technical Degree.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints (GD&T).
  • General machining knowledge and understanding of control languages (Mazatrol, GM Code).
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • CNC Machining experience.
  • Experience with mold, injection molding, and plastics engineering.

You will work in a massive, state-of-the-art facility in Dayton that opened in the last six months. The facility is brand new, well-lit, and equipped with the latest technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
