Are you passionate about people and creating a sense of belonging at work? In this role, youll use your instructional design skills and curiosity for understanding people to build engaging content and learning programs for Apple employees around the globe. And youll join the Inclusion & Diversity team to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to meet and learn from each other, forging connections across Apple and around the world. **Description** As a Learning Program Manager, youll lead the global learning curriculum and program that helps Apple employees learn how to build a more inclusive work environment at Apple. This includes working closely with key partners to understand global and local needs, leading content development, driving engagement through campaigns and initiatives, and reporting key metrics. - Develop and launch a new foundational knowledge and skills curriculum - Develop and implement a strategy to maintain and evolve I&D learning content - Develop content on inclusion-related topics, incl. collaborating with internal I&D teams, capturing feedback from key partners, and requesting publishing and localization - Communicate the value of initiatives to partners and leaders to gain consensus - Consult on inclusion-related learning initiatives, incl. reviewing content from other teams - Track projects and share regular updates to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams **Minimum Qualifications** + Associate's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience developing learning content + Knowledge of adult learning theory and design + Knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging concepts **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience creating people skill-based learning experiences for a global audience + Experience implementing and managing global initiatives and programs + Can quickly complete plans and lead multiple projects and partners at once + Comfortable building rapport across different levels, cultures, experiences, and communication styles + Inclusive problem solver who proactively finds ways to integrate diverse perspectives into your work + Skilled at driving a path forward to achieve goals when faced with ambiguity and change + High attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of your work + Clear, simple, and friendly writing style **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
