Regional Sales Managers - Dealer Networks

Kandi America is seeking experienced sales professional to develop and manage dealership networks for Kandi America's electric vehicle product lines. The ideal candidate will expand our dealer presence while ensuring strong relationships with existing dealers to drive sales growth in their assigned territory.
Location/region preferences: California, Sun Belt, Midwest, East Coast, South, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Development Identify and recruit qualified dealers in assigned territory Evaluate potential dealers based on location, facilities, sales capability, and financial stability Negotiate and structure dealer agreements Support dealer onboarding and training processes Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with existing dealers Monitor dealer performance and provide growth strategies Assist dealers with product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing initiatives Address dealer concerns and escalate issues as needed Sales Performance Meet or exceed territory sales targets Conduct dealer business reviews and develop action plans Support dealers in local marketing and promotional activities Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis Product and Technical Support Maintain thorough knowledge of Kandi products and competitive landscape Support product training for dealer staff Collaborate with technical support team for dealer issues Provide feedback on product improvements and market demands Required Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience in automotive, powersports, or related industries Proven track record in dealer development and management Strong understanding of dealer operations and finances Excellence in relationship building and negotiations Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (60-70%) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electric vehicles or sustainable transportation Knowledge of UTV/Golf Car market Multilingual capabilities Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Compensation and Benefits:
