With an expansive portfolio and a commitment to innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate finance, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive financial success and growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Overview: The Director of Finance will oversee all financial operations within the organization and provide strategic leadership to ensure financial stability and profitability. This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and collaborate with senior leadership to influence key business decisions and implement financial policies and strategies that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Real Estate Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, and investment analyses specific to real estate acquisitions, developments, and sales. Investment & Capital Strategy: Evaluate and recommend financing options for real estate projects, including debt and equity financing, joint ventures, and partnerships. Oversee capital budgeting and portfolio management. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and real estate industry compliance. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market volatility and economic changes. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Foster a collaborative, high-performing finance department. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow, and project-specific reports. Provide insights to the executive team to drive decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial updates to internal stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors. Foster relationships with lenders, investors, and other external partners. Process Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of financial processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company grows. Tax Strategy & Planning: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring optimal tax strategies are employed for both short-term and long-term financial goals. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred. CPA, CFA, or other professional certifications are a plus. 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, and financial modeling. Proven experience managing financial teams and providing strategic financial leadership. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Familiarity with real estate development, property management, and investment vehicles such as REITs and private equity. Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Yardi, Argus, MRI, or similar platforms) and ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
